Japanese Volunteer Designer Joined CAWEE
Through the generous support secured from the Government of Japan, Japanese Volunteer Designer, Ms. Yuuki Tanaka, joined CAWEE starting January 2020, to provide professional support to CAWEE members involved in the leather sector.
During her first day at CAWEE office, January 15, 2020, meeting was conducted where the concerned officials from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Mr. Naoki Isaji, Chief Coordinator of Volunteer Program and Mr. Womdwossen Mammo, Program Officer and Volunteer Ms. Yuuki Tanaka were present to meet with CAWEE team.
The meeting focused on Ms. Yuuki’s engagement in the organization for the next two years and how best CAWEE member companies in the leather sector can benefit from the expertise of this volunteer.
