CAWEE’s team took part at the Training of Trainers (ToT) organized by Trade Facilitation Office (TFO) Canada, on export support services from October 11-15, 2021 at Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The five days training focused on building trainers’ capacities to support women in SMEs through training and advising them on export support services like: building an export plan, the process of exporting, etc. The ToT group was composed of 7 CAWEE team (all women) 4 from the Ministry of Trade & Industry (2 women & 2 men), 2 women from Oromia Chamber of Commerce & Sectorial Associations  and 5 men from Entrepreneurship Development Center (EDC), where a total of 18 trainees (11 women & 7 men) took part. For CAWEE team, this was a great opportunity to build the in-house capacities of the Center.
