Mrs. Enye Bemir, General Manager in Two EB management Solution Plc, is a certified national coach on leadership development and a consultant, certified from UNDP and Ethiopian Management Institute respectively. Enye has earned her MA degree in Educational Leadership and Management from Addis Ababa University in 2010.
She has more than 20 years of experience in leadership, capacity development, courses in management, human resource management and managing projects that include trainings, coaching and mentoring as well as organizational capacity assessments for different government offices, businesses, local and international NGOs.
Enye has also lead and participated in organizational development consultancies like in different studies, assessments, structuring, benefits and incentive, designing and developing strategic plans. Her training experiences is mainly in Transformational Leadership, Decision Making, Problem Solving, Team Building, Competency based Human Resource Management, Facilitation Skills, Project Management, Leading and Managing for Results, Gender and Leadership, Communication and Facilitation Skills, Strategic Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching and Mentoring, Business Start-ups and Appreciative Inquiry, Corporate Governance for Board members.
