CAWEE Organized Consultative Forum with Ethiopian
Procurement and Asset Management Professionals Association
On May 21, 2022, CAWEE organized consultative forum with Ethiopian Procurement and Asset Management Professionals Association (EPAMPA) at Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa Ethiopia. This event was part of the STITCH project that CAWEE is implementing with its partners: Oxfam, FEMNET and the EU.
This consultative forum was conducted between CAWEE team and members of the EPAMPA. The meeting focused on discussing potential areas of partnership between the two organizations, underlining women in SMEs access to public procurement. The meeting came out with an agreement of signing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focusing on capacity building of CAWEE members in tender preparations and to join hands in advocating for the economic rights of women in SMEs to access public procurement.
