Through grant secured from GIZ Special Initiatives (SI) Jobs, GIZ Ethiopia Office, CAWEE has started implementing the project Economically Empowering Vulnerable Young Women through the Provision of Marketable Technical Skills.

Theone year project is expected to economically empower One Hundred (100) vulnerable young women, the poorest of the poor, in providing technical skills training and full time employment opportunities.

In the provision of marketable skills, CAWEE partners with its member companies like Next Fashion Design College, Biogenic Beauty Training Center, etc., where those partner companies, other CAWEE members, and interested organizations have the taken the lead role and are showing interest in employing the project beneficiaries.
