Arsema Yigrem is managing partner of Brand Travel Services Plc. & Event, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. 

She holds degree in Management, Diploma in Business Administration & Certifies in Basic Airline Reservation, Galileo System, Supervisor from American Hotel & Loading Educational institute, Luxury Collation Brand Services and different international certificates. 

She had experiences in services in different positions in Luxury Hotel industry for 14 years. Arsema joined her sister in establishing Brand Travel Services Plc. & Event. 

Since 2012, Arsema is working as Manager at Brand Travel Services Plc. & Event. In CAWEE’s Board, Arsema represents CAWEE members involved in the services sector.
